Strategy as Expectations Management

چکیده
Entrepreneurial profit arises from differences in expectations between a buyer and a seller concerning the future value of a resource. The current paper investigates whether differences in expectations can be manipulated, molded, or manufactured by an entrepreneur to produce greater profits. It is concluded that a range of techniques are exist to manage expectations and that the use of these techniques should be associated with entrepreneurial wealth creation.
